  1茶匙大料

  1个葱

  1段姜

  适量蒜

  6瓣豆瓣酱

  小半碗盐

  16.再开启电饭锅功能键,煮20至30分钟后,

  18.如想吃软一些的,晚上熬,拔掉电饭锅电源,放一夜,早上吃特别好吃。小贴士

  调汁可依人口味:花椒少许大料1个,冰糖几块,香叶1片、桂皮1片、盐2茶匙、老抽少许、生抽1茶匙、豆瓣酱半碗调成汁也可。

  最好晚上酱猪蹄,早上吃,猪蹄特别好吃!
