最近一直上的网址不能上，是被和谐了，还是怎么了，本人一直上67.220.92.23或者67.220.91.17，之前有段时间92.23不能上才转到91.17，现在连91.17都不能上了，用代理很繁琐。各位能解答一下以上地址不能上的理由，谢谢。
